Make sure that it has the correct Customer or Customer job applied.Choose a credit memo from the list on the left panel.Select the Company and Transaction Center and click on Credit Memos.I've covered some steps below to help guide you through this process. I hope you can stay with me to help me solve this. I just can't delete those Memos and remove them from the Undeposited Register. It seems like it should be so simple.to just delete a Credit Memo. I tried Voiding then Deleting before Saving. ![]() ![]() I again tried Voiding the Credit Memos which changes all the Amount to $0, but it won't let me Save without the same error message. I have also deleted EVERY line in the Credit Memos and tried to save them that way. I again tried to delete the "payment line" in the Credit Memos.but still get the same message. They are in the Undeposited Funds register, but I can't delete them there without getting the same message that I need to "delete this payment line item from the deposit before you can delete the transaction itself." They are still in the Banking>Make Deposits list. They are not in my bank account register. Just add the details in the comment section.
